Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe trying Koloro. If a book isn't a fit, we'll refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.
The short version
- 30 days from your purchase date.
- Full refund of the price you paid.
- No survey, no justification needed.
How to request a refund
Either:
- Reply to the confirmation email you received after purchase, or
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
Include your order number if you have it handy — it makes things faster. If you don't, the email address you used at checkout is enough.
How long it takes
We process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the money is refunded through our checkout provider, Polar, which typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your card or account depending on your bank.
After the 30 days
We'll still consider a refund if something genuinely went wrong (a corrupted file, the book wasn't what you expected). Just email us and explain — we'd rather make it right than have a frustrated customer.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under your local law. If your jurisdiction grants stronger refund rights than the ones described here, those apply.
