Koloro is a small independent publisher of printable kids' activity books. We try to collect as little information as possible. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Koloro is operated as a sole proprietorship. For any privacy question you can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign up for the free sampler or a launch notification. Stored by our email provider, Loops.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our checkout provider, Polar. Koloro never sees your card details. We only receive the order confirmation (email and order ID).
• Aggregate site analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics records pageviews and referrers without cookies and without identifying individuals.

Why we collect it

• Deliver the product you purchased (download links, order receipts).
• Send the free sampler PDF if you requested it.
• Let you know about future products in the languages you signed up for.
• Understand which pages help people make a decision so we can improve them.

Who we share data with

We only share the minimum needed with these processors:

• Polar — checkout and digital delivery. See Polar's privacy policy.
• Loops — email lists and welcome sequences. See Loops' privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting and cookieless analytics.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar data-protection laws, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

The Koloro storefront itself does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare's analytics are cookieless. Polar may set cookies on its own checkout pages — those are governed by Polar's privacy policy linked above.

Children

Our products are for children, but our store is intended for parents and adults to use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, send an email to subscribers.
